Job summary

Tishman Speyer, a global real estate leader, is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage liquidity, financial analysis, and reporting. Reporting to the Director - Corporate Accounting, you will work cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and support strategic decision-making.

The role requires onsite presence in New York with a base salary range and eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus, plus comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 2–4 years in public or real estate accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative communicator.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rolling cash forecasts, loan schedules, and fund models for capital planning.
• Analyze fund/asset profitability, GP economics, and valuations.
• Prepare data-driven summaries for senior leadership.
• Support intercompany loan schedules and credit facility registers.
