Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience processing both manual and electronically submitted invoices.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and basic accounting principles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of vendor invoices through both manual and electronic workflows.
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices while ensuring proper coding and approvals.
• Manage invoice entry and payment processing in accordance with company policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, payment issues, and account discrepancies.
• Review AP aging reports and vendor statements to identify outstanding items and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accrual calculations and reporting.
• Generate reports and provide analytical support to leadership regarding AP activity and trends.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Support general administrative and office-related responsibilities as needed.
