CFS, a well-established, multi-entity organization, seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the onsite finance team in Gibsonia, PA. You will process invoices for multiple entities and support day-to-day accounting operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance leadership, accuracy in coding, and timely check runs. AAssociates degree and 3+ years of experience preferred; Sage Intacct a plus; strong Excel skills encouraged.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of corporate accounting, accounts payable, or GL experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for a multi-entity organization accurately and efficiently.
• Review purchase orders and invoices for approvals, capital expenditures, general ledger coding, and applicable sales tax.
• Process and review weekly accounts payable check runs.
• Maintain organized vendor files and records.
• Prepare accounts payable reconciliations.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve outstanding balances and sales tax discrepancies.
• Prepare and enter monthly journal entries.
• Assist with month-end close and year-end accounting procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and organizational information.
