Job summary

Ledgent, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support a growing manufacturing organization in Camarillo, CA. This hands-on role blends accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and account reconciliations to keep financial operations accurate.

You will process A/P and A/R transactions, prepare invoices, monitor customer accounts, reconcile vendor statements, and assist with month-end close and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
• Experience working with ERP/accounting systems.
• Knowledge of vendor payments, collections, and reconciliations.
• Experience with ACH transactions, wire transfers, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and submit customer invoices while maintaining accurate records.
• Monitor customer accounts and support collection activities.
• Reconcile vendor accounts, statements, and banking transactions.
• Process ACH payments, wire transfers, and check runs.
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with financial reporting.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues.
• Support month-end activities and process improvement initiatives.
