About the Role

We’re hiring a Client Services Associate to support and strengthen relationships with our clients while ensuring a smooth, positive customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping accounts succeed over time.

As a Client Services Associate, you’ll act as a key point of contact for assigned clients—handling day‑to‑day account needs, supporting service requests, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality service. What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients or customers

  • Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and follow‑up

  • Support client needs including updates, service requests, and account changes

  • Conduct outbound check‑ins to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction

  • Track account activity, service issues, and opportunities in the CRM

  • Assist with onboarding new clients to ensure a smooth transition

  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to resolve issues efficiently

  • Share product updates, promotions, and service information with clients

  • Prepare basic reports, notes, and account summaries as needed

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and organization
