Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs and lead the strategic, long-term evolution of the client partnership in New York. You will oversee daily recruitment activities, KPI tracking, and collaboration with client stakeholders to drive growth, retention, and client satisfaction.

You will build strong relationships with HR and Operations, present regular business reviews, and ensure service levels are met while pricing and selling staffing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven track record in managing customer satisfaction and client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading recruitment teams in a fast-paced services environment.
• Knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, and compliance with federal/state laws and company policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts through client relationships.
• Price and sell services (temporary and perm placements).
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
• Develop plans to grow existing accounts and new clients.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and participate in thought leadership.
• Coordinate daily recruitment/fulfillment activities.
