Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Clinical Counseling/Psychology, or related Human Services field.
Licenses and Certifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in PA.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience providing services to programs serving children and adolescents with ASD or related neurodevelopmental disabilities, preferably with persons with significant behavioral challenges. At least 2 years post-masters experience providing behavior analysis treatment including functional assessment and analysis, data analysis, significant behavior challenges and evidence-based practice interventions for addressing behavioral concerns. Experience in developing and delivering training to professional and paraprofessional staff preferred.
