Job summary

M&T Bank Corporation is seeking an A/V Specialist to lead camera and studio technologies for events, including large shareholder meetings, with on-site and on-call support during business hours and after hours. You will manage shoots across locations, collaborate with live event tech teams, and document issues with thorough root-cause analysis.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to rapidly learn new tools, with travel for remote sites as needed.

Qualifications

• A combined minimum of 7 years’ higher education and/or relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ executive and/or endpoint user technical support experience.
• Strong ability to build relationships across multiple technical teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of staff and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate camera technologies across events and studio spaces, from design to execution.
• Execute shoots on remote sites and travel as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and SMEs to resolve issues and mitigate risk.
• Document incidents with reproduction, testing, resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Plan technical components for events and run-of-show with multiple teams.
