Diversified is seeking an Onsite Studio, Live Events & Break Fix Technician to provide hands-on AV support for studio, meeting rooms, and event spaces at our North American headquarters in Wilmington, DE. The role emphasizes onsite, hybrid events, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

The position requires 5+ years of live events experience, proficiency with professional production gear, and a proactive, white-glove service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certifications preferred include AVIXA CTS, Q-SYS, QSC, Blackmagic, ATEM, DANTE.
• Experience in live events, broadcast, or production environments.

Responsibilities

• Support events from planning to execution for live and hybrid formats.
• Operate and troubleshoot professional AV equipment during events.
• Coordinate with Meetings & Events Team and external vendors.
• Maintain production environments and ensure broadcast-quality experiences.
• Assist with pre/post event activities and documentation.
