Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking an A/V Lead System Integrator in Washington, DC to lead design, integration, and sustainment of enterprise A/V and conferencing systems across CLIENT facilities.

You will manage conference rooms, digital signage, and executive briefing environments, integrate with Teams Rooms and enterprise IT, and oversee upgrades, documentation, and on-site leadership for high-visibility events.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years hands-on enterprise A/V systems integration and operations experience.
• Experience designing, integrating, and managing enterprise-scale A/V environments including conference rooms, digital signage, and executive briefing systems.
• Experience supporting executive-level engagements and high-visibility events.
• CTS– AVIXA certifications required: CTS and CTS-I; CTS-D preferred; Crestron or related certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, integration, configuration, and sustainment of enterprise A/V and conferencing systems across CLIENT facilities.
• Manage conference room technology, digital signage, and executive briefing environments for reliable operation.
• Oversee A/V integration with CLIENT IT, including Teams Rooms, networking, and endpoint management.
• Plan and execute A/V infrastructure upgrades, refreshes, and new installations.
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, documentation, and runbooks for A/V systems.
• Evaluate emerging A/V technologies and align solutions with mission needs.
• Provide hands-on support for executive meetings and high-priority events.
• Coordinate with CLIENT leadership and event coordinators to prepare A/V in advance.
• Serve as on-site technical lead for executive briefing center operations and priority events.
• Maintain on-call availability outside core hours as needed.
