Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful teaching experience in a 7-12 school setting.
• Experience coaching teachers.
• Experience with classroom-based technology integration.
• Experience with differentiated instruction.
• Demonstrated success as a classroom teacher and at least five years in Mathematics 7-12.
• Strong collaboration and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of standards-based reform, curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
• Ability to plan strategically with and coach school leaders and classroom teachers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement classroom components and resources in the program.
• Differentiate instruction based on student need.
• Coach teachers to apply the program philosophy and pedagogy.
• Observe practices and provide feedback to guide implementation.
• Use two Savvas dashboards to inform instruction and decisions.
• Provide onsite coaching and training to staff.
• Communicate with school and district leaders about progress.
