Job summary

Savvas Learning Company seeks an Educational Consultant (7-12 Math) to provide onsite coaching, professional development, and technical support in Fairfax County, VA. You will implement Savvas resources, differentiate instruction, and use data dashboards to drive decisions alongside district and school leaders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years teaching in grades 7–12 mathematics and proven ability to coach teachers and teacher leaders using Savvas products and methodologies for school

Qualifications

5+ years of successful teaching in a 7-12 mathematics setting.
Experience offering workshops and coaching to teachers.
Experience with classroom technology integration.
Demonstrated success as a classroom teacher and at least five years in 7-12 Mathematics.
Strong collaboration and presentation skills.
Ability to plan strategically with school leaders and teachers.

Responsibilities

Implement classroom components and resources in the program.
Provide job-embedded coaching and modeling.
Observe classroom practices and give actionable feedback.
Use dashboards to guide instruction and decision making.
Support administrators with program tools and coaching.
Deliver onsite training and ongoing communication with leaders.
