MOHR Talent in Farmington, CT seeks a 401k Specialist to support plan sponsors and participants, manage retirement plans, and educate employees on options. This full-time, onsite role partners with firm leadership and advisors to maintain client relationships and ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of retirement services experience, ERISA knowledge, and securities qualifications; Series 66 required or in progress, with Series 7 achievable.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of retirement services experience with 401(k) plans.
• Experience supporting plan sponsors and participants.
• Ability to explain retirement options clearly to groups.

Responsabilités

• Support plan sponsors and participants with retirement plan questions and ongoing service.
• Coordinate with advisors and third party administrators on plan setup, design, and administration.
• Track employee eligibility, notices, deadlines, and client follow-up.
• Gather information for annual compliance testing and plan filings.
• Assist with plan reviews, fee benchmarking, and fiduciary oversight.
• Lead enrollment meetings and present retirement plan services to prospective clients.
