MOHR Talent in Farmington, CT is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to advise on 401(k) plan design and compliance. This direct-hire role serves as the primary expert for retirement solutions and requires Series 66 certification.

You will manage relationships with plan sponsors and participants, conduct regular plan reviews, monitor ERISA/IRS/DOL changes, and support new business through proposals. The position offers a $105,000 annual compensation.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years in 401(k) plan management or retirement services.
• Strong understanding of ERISA, IRS, and DOL rules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain retirement concepts clearly.
• Certifications such as QKA, QKC, CPFA are a plus.

• Advise on 401(k) plan design, implementation, and fiduciary duties.
• Serve as main contact for plan sponsors and participants with education and support.
