Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant in West Hartford, CT. This direct-hire, onsite role focuses on guiding employers and employees through 401k plan questions, education sessions, and plan design considerations.

You'll collaborate with leadership and advisors to support existing clients and help introduce the firm’s services to prospective business clients. Strong ERISA knowledge and client presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant retirement services experience with direct 401k plan responsibilities.
• Experience working with plan sponsors and participants.
• Demonstrated ability to present financial information to groups.
• Practical knowledge of ERISA and relevant IRS and Department of Labor requirements.
• Clear communication and consistent follow through across clients, advisors, and administrators.
• Series 66 and willingness to obtain Series 7 if needed.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week and participate in client presentations as needed.

A well stablished financial services firm is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant who enjoys building client relationships, solving plan questions, and presenting to groups. You’ll work closely with leadership and advisors to support existing retirement plan clients and help introduce the firm’s services to prospective business clients.
