Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Project/Program Manager in tech or Places-adjacent environment.
• Familiarity with agile principles and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to gather and document business/functional requirements, including writing user stories.
• Clear written and verbal communication; bridge business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of Places technology projects, tracking scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain a healthy backlog.
• Capture requirements and write clear, consumable user stories with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with BAs, UX/UI designers, and engineering leads on scoping and dependencies.
• Prepare and deliver project status updates, surfacing risks, blockers, and resolution to leadership.
• Assist with test planning, UAT coordination, and validation of results.
• Document current-state processes and identify gaps and improvements.
• Grow into a trusted partner for your product area.
