Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations and partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other teams to ensure materials and products meet demand.

The role emphasizes production planning, inventory management, forecasting, and operational excellence to support manufacturing performance and service levels. Strong ERP/MRP experience and a bilingual English/Spanish preference are valued.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of production planning or warehouse operations experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, forecasting, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and related office tools.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, prepare, and execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Break down MPS into daily line loading schedules and generate work orders in ERP.
• Adjust production schedules to accommodate unplanned events and priorities.
• Track KPIs and production plans to ensure targets are met.
• Identify roadblocks and develop strategies to improve performance.
• Coordinate demand forecasting and production planning activities.
• Support inventory projections and identify service level risks.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize inventory turns.
• Support BOM processes and maintain planning data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet demand and financial objectives.
• Coordinate product launches and schedule maintenance windows.
• Participate in operating review meetings and cross-functional decisions.
• Monitor system parameters to support planning accuracy.
• Generate and present planning data for stakeholders.
• Provide backup for purchasing activities as needed.
