Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations/Logistics or similar degree.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of inventory, transportation, KPIs and service levels.
• Ability to analyze data to address complex business issues.
• Strong communications skills across all levels and geographies of the organization.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Embraces change and recommends improvements to operations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day onsite operations management with 3PL partners.
• Seek to improve all aspects of supply chain processes, tools and policies.
• Develops and executes daily 3PL management processes in support of fulfillment goals.
• Maintain proactive partnerships with 3PL to optimize performance and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with sales, product, manufacturing, and distribution to support objectives.
• Ensure inventory levels and optimize inventory costs with Planning & Deployment teams.
• Leverage IT and analytics to address issues and opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and use data analytics for improvements.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and audits.
• Adhere to environmental, health and safety SOPs and policies.
• Lead daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
