Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; operations or logistics field preferred.
• 5–10 years of leadership or supervisory experience in operations or logistics.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration abilities.
• Deep understanding of profitability, inventory turns, and service levels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven change management capabilities and ability to drive improvements.
• Able to lead teams and enhance overall plant productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse, interplant, and shipments operations.
• Manage finished goods and work-in-progress effectively.
• Collaborate with planning and purchasing to improve inventory management.
• Mentor warehouses staff and ensure training and development.
• Ensure efficient flow of materials, storage, issuance, and shipment.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and internal business partners.
• Drive team engagement and model leadership behaviors.
• Maintain adherence to cGMP and quality standards.
