Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Logistics Supervisor tasked with managing day-to-day 3PL operations onsite at a warehouse facility. You will drive continuous improvement, optimize inventory levels, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet service and profitability targets.

5–7 years of related experience and a Bachelor's in Operations/Logistics are required. The role emphasizes data analytics, stakeholder management, and change leadership to sustain Best in Class performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations/Logistics or related field.
• 5–7 years related experience.
• Strong business acumen across inventory, transportation, KPI’s, and service levels.
• Ability to analyze data to address complex business issues and opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day onsite operations management with 3PL.
• Improve supply chain processes, tools and policies.
• Develops and executes daily 3PL management processes.
• Maintain strong 3PL relationship and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with order management, sales, product, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Work with planning and deployment teams to optimize inventory levels.
• Leverage IT and analytics to address issues and opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy with cycle counts and audits.
• Adhere to safety SOPs and department requirements.
• Lead and participate in business reviews.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
