Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Logistics Supervisor onsite at a 3PL warehouse to manage day-to-day operations, optimize service levels, and act as the main Baxter liaison with the 3PL. You will drive continuous improvement, manage inventory, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Operations/Logistics and 5–7 years of related experience, with a focus on data analysis, communication, and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations/Logistics or related field.
• 5 - 7 years related experience.
• Ability to analyze data to address complex business issues.
• Strong communication across all levels and geographies.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Onsite operations management with 3PL to ensure service levels and escalation handling.
• Develop and execute daily 3PL management processes to support fulfillment and business objectives.
• Maintain proactive partnerships with 3PL to optimize performance and cost.
• Collaborate with planning, sales, product managers, and distribution centers to meet business goals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and participate in business reviews.

Education
