Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to manage 3PL supplier relationships and optimize warehouse operations onsite at a 3PL facility.

You will serve as Baxter’s liaison, drive process improvements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet service and cost goals. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Operations/Logistics, 5–7 years of related experience, strong data analytics, and project management skills.

• 5-7 years related experience.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of inventory, transportation, KPI’s and service levels.
• Ability to analyze data to address complex business issues and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day onsite operations with 3PL management to ensure service levels and process execution.
• Improve all aspects of supply chain processes, tools and policies.
• Develop and execute daily 3PL management processes supporting fulfillment and objectives.
• Maintain strong partnership with 3PL to optimize performance and address issues.
• Coordinate with order management, sales, marketing, product managers, manufacturing, suppliers, and distribution centers.
• Ensure inventory levels and optimize costs with Planning & Deployment teams.
• Leverage IT and analytics to address opportunities and support goals.
• Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Oversee inventory accuracy including cycle counts, reconciliations and audits.
• Adhere to EH&S SOPs and department requirements.
• Lead daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
