Baxter is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to manage 3PL supplier relationships and act as the onsite link between Baxter and warehouse operations. You will optimize workflows, address inventory, orders and shipping issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to support profitability and strategic goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Operations/Logistics and 5–7 years of related experience, with strong data, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• 5-7 years of related experience in logistics and operations.
• Strong business acumen with inventory, transportation, KPIs and service levels.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day onsite operations with 3PL management and ensure service levels.
• Improve supply chain processes, tools and policies.
• Develop and execute daily 3PL management processes aligned with objectives.
• Maintain proactive partnership with 3PL to optimize performance and issues.
• Collaborate with order management, sales, product, manufacturing, and distribution.
• Coordinate with Planning & Deployment to ensure inventory levels and cost optimization.
• Utilize IT and analytics to address issues and opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities using data.
• Maximize service and preemptively identify issues affecting fulfillment.
• Oversee inventory accuracy including cycle counts and audits.
• Adhere to EHS SOPs and department requirements.
• Attend and lead daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
