SoftPathTechnologies is seeking an onshore L2 Onshore Lead for Enterprise Applications to guide architecture, coding standards, and delivery across globally distributed teams. You will shape technical direction, influence platform choices, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role blends hands-on coding with leadership, mentoring engineers, coordinating with stakeholders in the US, UK, Singapore, and India, and driving DevOps practices to ensure reliable release cycles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years programming experience or 4+ years with PhD.
Experience setting technical direction and cross-functional partnerships.
Hands-on enterprise-scale platform development, integrations, and on-call production support.
Experience API design and unit testing in an enterprise environment.
Experience improving quality via code reviews, testing, rollout, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

Define technical architecture with global stakeholders and maintain design docs.
Lead code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
Drive decisions on frameworks, libraries, and technologies across regions.
Escalate and resolve complex technical issues across teams globally.
Lead diff review process within the team.
Monitor delivery metrics and report to stakeholders for transparency.
Lead sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and related activities.
Coordinate between US, UK, Singapore and India teams to align priorities.
Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and drive knowledge sharing.
Ensure documentation standards and cross-training to reduce knowledge silos.
Hands-on coding for critical features and DevOps/CI-CD support.
