Job summary

Next Level Business Services Inc. (NLB Services) is seeking a Full-Stack (L2 Tech Lead Onshore) to guide architectural direction and delivery across global teams in the Bay Area and Seattle.

You will partner with clients to shape scalable, secure systems while mentoring engineers and owning critical technical decisions. You will lead sprint planning, code reviews, DevOps practices, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture with stakeholders for scalable and secure delivery across global teams.
• Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards for maintainability.
• Drive framework and technology decisions balancing business priorities.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate across time zones.
• Lead sprint planning, daily standups, and cross-team collaboration.
