Job summary

SoftPathTechnologies seeks an L2 Onshore Lead for Enterprise Applications to guide architecture, delivery, and cross-functional collaboration across globally distributed teams. You will own technical direction, design reviews, and ensure scalable, secure solutions while coordinating with regional stakeholders.

You will mentor engineers, drive sprint planning, enforce coding standards, and lead critical technical decisions on frameworks and tools, balancing business needs with delivery realities

Qualifications

• Proven track record setting technical direction for teams.
• Experience with enterprise scale platform development and on-call support.
• Strong API design and unit testing in enterprise environments.
• Ability to drive cross-functional partnerships and consensus.

• Architecture and Design: define technical direction and communicate it to global stakeholders.
• Code Quality: lead reviews and enforce standards across distributed teams.
• Technical Decisions: drive framework/library choices balancing priorities and realities.
• Problem-Solving: escalate and resolve complex issues with momentum.
• Diff Review: own the diff review process within the team.
• Team Metrics: monitor delivery metrics and support continuous improvement.
• Sprint Leadership: lead planning, standups, retros, and backlog hygiene.
• Mentorship: coach junior/mid engineers and share knowledge across regions.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: bridge US, APAC, UK with India-based devs.
