Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an Onshore Project Tester for a 6+ month contract with remote options in New York. Lead test strategy, planning, requirement analysis, and risk-based testing using CSA/CSV methodologies. Execute SIT/UAT/OQ/PQ, manage defects, and ensure traceability and release readiness.

The ideal candidate will bring experience with UFT, Workday, SAP, Selenium, and Life Sciences testing. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Life Sciences and healthcare testing strategies.
• Proven defect management in large projects.
• Ability to plan and execute testing cycles end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategy and plans for projects.
• Analyze requirements and assess risks for testing.
• Conduct SIT/UAT/OQ/PQ execution and manage defects and traceability.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and report release readiness.
• Utilize ALM/ALVIS or similar tools for test management.

Role Description

Test strategy and planning, requirement analysis, risk-based testing, CSA/CSV methodology, Functional Risk Assessment (FRA), test scenario and test case design, SIT/UAT/OQ/PQ execution, defect management, traceability management, test evidence documentation, business stakeholder coordination, release readiness reporting, ALM/ALVIS or similar test management tools, strong communication and issue resolution skills. Testing Automation UFT, Workday, SAP, Selenium, Life Science Extensions highly likely.

Pay & Benefits

Pay Range*: $35 - $40/- per hour
