Job summary

Arion seeks an experienced Onshore Project Manager to lead end-to-end project management for assigned onshore initiatives. You will drive planning, scheduling, budgeting, and staffing while coordinating with engineering, construction, vendors, and clients to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include overseeing project resources, preparing execution plans, monitoring scope, cost, and schedule, and ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards and project specs.

Qualifications

• BSc, MSc or equivalent in process, mechanical, civil, electrical, instrument engineering required.
• PMP or MPM Certification preferred.
• NCEES P.E. License preferred.
• Technical knowledge of engineering, design, and construction of onshore projects (compressor, pipelines, facilities).
• 10+ years in onshore Oil & Gas or Energy.
• 5+ years managing multiple projects.
• Managing projects of $1M+.
• Experience leading discipline engineers.
• Knowledge of scheduling and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project management of assigned onshore project(s).
• Overall responsibility for project execution and resources.
• Develop and issue project execution plans.
• Manage schedule and budget including reporting.
• Prepare status reports on schedule, budget, staffing and safety.
• Monitor subcontractor quality, cost and schedule.
• Review specs, drawings and vendor/client coordination.
• Coordinate engineering site visits and contractor inquiries.
• Review documents, drawings and submittals.
• Attend site meetings to monitor progress.
• Review vendor payments against schedule of values.
• Evaluate change directives and change orders.
• Oversee HSEQ program compliance.
• Perform related duties as needed.
