Job summary

Arion Blue in Houston, TX is seeking an Onshore Project Engineer to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of onshore projects from concept through startup. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with vendors and clients, ensure compliance with codes and QA/QC, and manage scope, schedule, and costs. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5+ years of project leadership, and familiarity with Primavera P6, EcoSys, and related tools.

P.E. license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (process, mechanical, civil, or electrical).
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of project discipline engineers/designers.
• Experience in onshore projects and familiarity with engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project coordination and engineering oversight on onshore projects.
• Lead engineering/design teams to achieve project goals with standard practices.
• Support planning, scope, cost development and scheduling; assist in change management.
