Job summary

Arion is seeking an Offshore Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of offshore projects from initiation through execution. You will supervise planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, subcontractor performance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure safe, on-time, and budget-compliant delivery.

You will direct project resources, liaise with clients and vendors, provide regular reporting, and enforce project specifications and quality standards while maintaining HSEQ compliance.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in process, mechanical, civil, electrical or instrument engineering.
• PMP or MPM Certification preferred.
• NCEES P.E. License preferred.
• Topsides, Brownfield and Greenfield experience required.
• Strong scheduling and estimating knowledge.
• 10+ years in offshore Oil & Gas or Energy.
• 5+ years managing multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned offshore projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and issue project execution plans for each project.
• Oversee schedule, budget and reporting; manage resources.
• Review vendor and sub-contractor performance and payments.
• Coordinate with engineers, vendors and customers; lead site visits and reviews.
• Oversee HSEQ program adherence and change directives.
