Job summary

Exavalu Solutions India Pvt Ltd, a US-based consulting firm with headquarters in California, seeks an experienced Onshore Delivery Leader to oversee end-to-end delivery for a strategic client account. You will be the primary onshore contact, drive successful projects, manage governance, and coordinate with offshore teams to align delivery with client priorities.

Qualifications

15+ years in IT delivery management with client facing responsibilities.
Experience leading large, complex multi-project programs in a global onshore-offshore delivery model.
Strong governance, execution, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Experience managing project financials, forecasting, and account profitability.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and executive stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple projects and initiatives, within scope, budget, time, and quality expectations.
Serve as the primary onshore liaison for customer business and IT stakeholders.
Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, conduct status reviews, manage risks and escalations.
Collaborate with offshore delivery managers, project managers, and technical teams.
Drive continuous improvement and opportunities for account growth and long-term client success.
Monitor delivery risks, regulatory compliance, and operational controls.
Manage project financials, resource planning, forecasting, and profitability.
Provide executive-level reporting on program health and milestones.
Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams.
