Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability across multiple programs / PODs.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and service outcomes.
• Act as the primary onsite interface for business & IT stakeholders.
• Drive program governance, status reporting, and executive communication.
• Manage risks, issues, and escalations proactively.
• Coordinate across onsite, offshore, and cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
• Ensure delivery quality, stability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive automation, productivity improvements, and innovation initiatives.
• Support transformation programs (AI adoption, modernization, POD migration).
