Travel Career Hub is seeking a dependable Vacation Support Specialist to assist our travel planning team from home. You will help researchers craft itineraries, quotes, and bookings, supporting clients and advisors throughout the journey.

This remote role is ideal for organized, tech-savvy professionals who enjoy behind-the-scenes work in travel. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and opportunities to advance into planning, sales, or leadership roles are provided after training.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable using email, online platforms, and basic spreadsheet tools.
• Prior customer service, administrative, or travel experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with travel research, quotes, and itinerary preparation.
• Coordinate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and special requests.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring our clients have smooth, stress-free travel experiences from beginning to end.
