Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Academic Advisor: 0–1 year of student services or related experience.
• Sr Academic Advisor: 3 years of academic advising and/or student success experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach one or more first-year college-level courses each academic year.
• Provide academic advising to facilitate students’ educational planning and degree completion.
• Advise a designated caseload of students with proactive outreach and support.
• Monitor student progress and develop graduation plans in partnership with students.
• Evaluate student information and utilize data for enrollment and graduation requirements.
• Provide resource referrals to career, academic, counseling, and student life services.
• Support students through orientation, exploration, transfers, and graduation.
