Bryan College Online in Dayton, TN seeks a Student Success Coach/Academic Advisor to guide Bryan College Online students toward timely graduation. You will craft effective advising plans, support at‑risk students, and coordinate course registrations through the SIS.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, record-keeping, and collaboration with campus resources, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering compassionate student support.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite; ability to learn new systems (SIS, CRM, Brightspace D2L).
• Ability to handle information confidentially; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality academic advising plans for a caseload of Bryan College Online students across majors.
• Identify at‑risk students and provide routine support.
• Assist students in developing educational career plans and schedule planning each semester.
• Communicate requirements to accepted advisees and log communications in designated systems.
• Lead orientation sessions for new students each term.
• Register students for courses via the SIS and advise on degree pathways.
• Track progress toward degree completion and coordinate with the Registrar for graduation.
