Job summary

Albertsons Companies, Frisco, TX, is seeking an Assistant Home Shopping Manager to support the Home Shopping (Drive Up & Go) department in delivering accurate, on-time online orders and a superior customer experience. You’ll help lead daily operations, coach staff, and optimize scheduling to meet service goals.

Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, managing inventory and substitutions, and upholding safety standards while driving growth in online sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a customer-first culture.
Ensure online orders are selected, packed, staged, and delivered accurately and on time.
Assist with scheduling and labor planning based on forecasted needs.
