Overview

We are seeking professionals with the experience and knowledge to help transform the lives of our students. This would be an ideal position for an entry-level IT professional with a passion to support students in the form of coaching, tutoring and/or mentoring.

Qualifications

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in CIS from a regionally accredited institution.

Experience:

• 1-2 years prior work experience within the past 5 years required.
• Coursework in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines preferred.

Required Skills:

• The highest levels of integrity at all times.
• Ability to work in a 5-week accelerated course environment.
• Ability to quickly build connections with students using strong interpersonal skills (including approachability and empathy).
• Attentive listener, and able to see multiple perspectives.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supporting distance learning students in higher education or other settings.
• Experience in a student-centric and hands-on learning environment.
