Seeking a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional to provide phone-based support for hearing devices and related connectivity products. This remote role involves assisting with consumer inquiries, technical issues, and ensuring a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide basic product support and troubleshooting
Connect consumers with authorized service providers
Accurately document interactions in multiple systems
Promote products and services professionally
Report customer trends and feedback to leadership
Assist with additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Tech-savvy; experience with Bluetooth and mobile devices a plus
1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
Patient, helpful, and able to work independently or in a team
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Details:

Pay: $19.50-22/hour
Schedule: MUST BE Available: M-F, 10:30 AM-7:00 PM CST (Training: M-F, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM)
Location: Remote (Minnesota Residents ONLY!)
