Job Details

Location: Cub Foods Alexandria

Reports to: Online Shopper Lead

Classification: Part Time

Rate of Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour, based on experience

Hours: Sunday – Saturday, including varied shifts

Responsibilities

• Make lasting connections with customers
• Ensure customers get the best produce, meat, and dairy products available
• Shop customers’ orders and deliver them to their cars (may involve heavy lifting up to 50lbs)
• Help maintain a clean and safe store
• Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department
• Be a member of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled

Physical Requirements

Frequent Physical: lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 20 force lbs, reaching, standing, turning; Equipment operation: scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine; Mental: judgement, decision‑making, social skills, memorization, reading, writing, math.

Occasional Physical: lifting/carrying over 50 lbs, squatting, stooping/bending, walking; Equipment operation: calculator; Environmental: extended exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces. Approximately 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per shift for frequent tasks; less than 15% for occasional tasks.
