Job summary

Jerry's Enterprises, Inc. in Cub Foods Alexandria is hiring for a part-time position focused on customer service and store operations. You will greet customers, help ensure accurate pricing at the register, and assist with shelf tagging.

The role includes having a flexible schedule, a store-wide team environment, and opportunities to grow skills in pricing, front-end operations, and teamwork.

Location: Cub Foods Alexandria

Reports to: Pricing Coordinator

Classification: Part Time

Union Rate of Pay: Pay range between $15.00 and $18.00 depending on experience

Hours: Sunday - Saturday, varied hours

Position functions and Physical Requirements

Position functions and physical requirements may vary between locations.

Frequent: Physical lifting/carrying up to 20 lbs. pushing/pulling to 30 force pounds reaching, standing, turning Equipment Operation scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine Mental judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math

Occasional: Physical lifting/carrying over 50 lbs. squatting, stooping/bending, walking Equipment Operation calculator Environmental exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces

FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift

OCCASIONAL: Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift
