Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Administration, or Organizational Leadership.
• Minimum of five years’ experience as a successful teacher.
• Two years’ experience as an Instructional Coach, Teacher Leader, or related online school role preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with staff, students, parents, boards and authorizers.
• Demonstrated results in increasing student achievement and using multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead school team through launch and first year of operations.
• Collaborate with school partner and authorizer.
• Oversee student records, testing, attendance, personnel, finance and facilities.
• Design programs to engage families and connect students and communities.
• Provide feedback, PD and coaching for teachers on instructional practices.
• Use data to identify barriers and drive instructional improvement.
• Coordinate special projects and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
