Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Retail Online Sales Associate. You will provide a positive guest experience through effective retail operations, manage package deliveries, and run required reports to confirm order delivery to guests.

This on-site role embodies our Promise to Lead with Love, guiding and inspiring associates while delivering exceptional guest experiences. We value background in retail or customer service, basic Excel skills, and a flexible schedule including weekends

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service or sales environment preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge including experience with Excel.
• Flexible schedule that could include Weekends and Holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet each guest with a friendly, warm welcome.
• Offer product knowledge to ensure sales are completed.
