Job summary

Milwaukee Area Technical College seeks a Coordinator for Online Quality to lead the quality review process, RSI compliance, and continuous improvement in online instruction. You will work with faculty, deans, and instructional designers to ensure accreditation standards and high instructional quality across online courses.

This full-time role requires LMS expertise (Blackboard), data analytics, and collaboration across Online Learning and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, instructional design, educational technology, higher education administration, adult learning, learning technologies, or a closely related field.
• At least three (3) years of progressive experience in learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality reviews and monitor RSI compliance across online courses.
• Maintain dashboards and reports for faculty and leadership.
• Collaborate with IT and Online Learning teams to support system updates.
• Provide faculty coaching and professional development on quality standards.
