• Experience designing and delivering onboarding, training, and professional development for faculty
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines
• Collaborates with CTE, Online Learning, HR and academic leadership to address faculty development needs
• Understands Faculty Quality Assurance System (FQAS) requirements and data-informed improvement processes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and FQAS activities for new faculty, tracking progress and ensuring compliance
• Design, deliver, and evaluate faculty development workshops and events
• Coach and observe faculty to support instructional practices and professional growth
• Collect and analyze data on program effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with teams to develop training resources and address faculty development needs
