Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, instructional design, educational technology, higher education administration, or a closely related field.
• At least three years of progressive experience in learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality reviews and ensure RSI compliance across online courses.
• Monitor course readiness, documentation, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
• Analyze learning analytics to inform improvements and compliance.
• Collaborate with faculty, instructional designers, and IT to support accreditation.
• Develop micro-learning and professional development to improve instructional quality.
