Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of relevant print/digital copy experience (customer service, sales, project management) preferably with B2B customers

Responsibilities

• Promote the right online order platform for each customer to maximize revenue and optimize cost to serve.
• Coordinate, expedite, and manage print implementation from customer signed proposal through setup on web ordering platform.
• Improve implementation timeline through effective project management and collaboration with internal and external customers.
• Verify required information for the implementation, including pricing, specifications, artwork, and customer requirements.
• Lead implementation calls with customer, vendor, and sales team; distribute recap notes.
• Follow up with customers and teams to collect missing information.
