Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Pittsburg, TX is seeking a Part-Time Personal Shopper to prepare online customer orders with speed and accuracy. You will select quality products from shelves, organize orders for pickup, and maintain a friendly, service-oriented approach to customers.

You’ll identify substitutions, verify prices, assist with bagging and loading, and stay current on product knowledge and store policies.

Qualifications

• Six or more months of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum of 16 years of age; 21 years of age required in Louisiana.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepares online customer orders by accurately selecting products and organizing for pickup.
• Identifies out-of-stocks or substitutions and applies advertised specials.
• Ensures accurate totals, weighs, scans, and logs items for customer checkout.
• Loads orders into the customer's vehicle and maintains a friendly service attitude.
• Stays knowledgeable about products and store policies to help customers.
