Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fulfills online orders efficiently and accurately using handheld devices or fixed devices.
• Ensure product and order accuracy through verification and quality control.
• Learn product knowledge, customer service standards and store operations.
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter.
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups.
• Comply with age verification requirements for restricted items.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide store information.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
• Maintain a positive work environment and communicate clearly.
• Attend leadership meetings and daily huddles.
• Support company programs and initiatives and various checkout options.
• Maintain safety and store security protocols and comply with policies.
