Job summary

Whole Foods Market, Inc. is seeking entry-level Team Members to fulfill online orders and assist customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include order accuracy, returns handling, and maintaining a clean staging area while following store policies and participating in daily huddles. Prior retail experience is not required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter.
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups.
• Comply with regulations such as age verification for restricted items.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide store information.
• Maintain knowledge of product and promotions.
• Maintain a positive work environment and communicate clearly with teammates.
• Attend meetings and daily huddles as assigned by Leadership.
• Support company programs including varied checkout options and store formats.
