Job summary

• Ensure product and order accuracy through verification and QC processes.
• Learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store ops.
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter.
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups.
• Comply with regulations such as age verification for restricted items.
• Assist customers and provide store information.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
• Maintain a positive work environment and teamwork.
• Communicate clearly, collaboratively and courteously.
• Attend meetings and daily huddles; participate in company initiatives.
• Support varied checkout options, store formats and product assortment.
• Maintain safety and store security protocols; adhere to policies.
